To submit the content, please use our "content submission" section, located at the bottom section of the SGIC home page. Once you have submitted your content, you can find your submission status (approved or in review) in MySGIC section. If you would like to upload the document, please send the file to smartgrid@vt.edu. In the email body, please indicate your SGIC userID and the submission date and time.

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Smart Grid Information Clearinghouse. We welcome you as a User Group member. To join us, please create your SGIC account by clicking “Login” at the top right corner of the SGIC home page. Once you have created your new account, please send an email to smartgrid@vt.edu. We will then assign the User Group’s role to your account. The User Group members are expected to participate in testing the beta SGIC portal and provide feedback to the SGIC team in the SGIC’s User Group forums.

Once we receive your submission we will verify the submission for relevance and will include your information into our database.

Upon verification, we will post your information into our database.
